ABOUT JULIE DEROCHE

Julie DeRoche is the Professor of Clarinet and Chair of the Department of Music Performance at DePaul University where she also serves as the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs. Julie DeRoche has had a rich and varied career as an orchestral and chamber music performer, administrator, pedagogue and corporate consultant. She has performed extensively and recorded with the Chicago Symphony, and written articles for a wide variety of magazines and journals.
